What to eat?

I’ve recently become a vegan but I haven’t gotten the gist of what to eat. Is there anything specific that I should?

There really isn’t anything specific–you should just make sure you are getting enough vitamins. It is good to try and eat a variety of grains, greens, fruits, nuts, vegetables, and beans so that your body gets the right amino acids to make complete proteins though.

Think Mohawk touched on most. I’m a big fan of beans and quinoa. Also a variety of fruits and vegetables, love trying new ones I haven’t before.

Have you ever tried a vegan shake or meal replacement drink? I drink one quite often that is loaded with vitamins and taste pretty good. If you are interest in learning more send me a message :slight_smile:

You can eat legumes, which are really rich in various vitamins and also rich in fiber, which is great for brain.

Whole grains, legumes, fruits, veggies, nuts. My favorites are rice and beans, hummus, falafel, and baked tofu. Mmmmm…tofu.

Google “quick vegetarian recipes” or something like that to get some ideas. Come on, on this internet age, info is out there, you need to grab it
