Re: B12

There aren't really any reliable sources of B12 in plants, especially the way we grow them. Honestly you should take a b12 supplement. Don't worry about it "not being natural" or something like that

Re: Which supplement I can take after my workout?

Most creatine is vegan-friendly.
If you go for soy, I recommend fermented soy protein since fermented soy frees up a lot of the nutrients and and deals with the non-digestable phytic acid.

Re: Fruits or Vegetables?

However, the tomato is not as sweet as most foods eaten as fruit, and is typically served as part of a salad or main course of a meal, rather than at dessert. It is therefore considered a vegetable for most c...

Re: Why I'm Vegan?

I became a vegan because i'm not a selfish prick. To use animals for your own gain, whether it is for taste, fashion, entertainment, or profit, is extremely selfish because they are not ours to use.

Re: What do you think about Meat Printers?

Sounds disgusting. Will remain vegetarian with natural foods not consuming weird lab experiments. Yuck. Considering we don't even need meat I don't know what the big fuss and resources and millions of dollars being poured into creating meat is about. Horrible waste for a horrible idea. We don't need...
