Ingredients Slices of bread (of choice)
Few slices of cheese (of choice)
1 medium size tomato
fresh ground pepper
tomato sauce
Instructions Wash and cut tomato to thin slices
Pre-heat sandwich maker
In the meantime prepare:
Place a slice of bread on plate,add cheese slice and few tomato slices and cover this with another slice of bread
Turn off the switch of sandwich maker
Place the prepared sandwiches inside the sandwich maker
Close the lid
Switch the sandwich maker on
Let it toast until the light goes off or turns green (depends on brand)
Switch off the sandwich maker
Take the sandwiches out with care
Serve with fresh ground pepper on top and tomato sauce on side
