The Easiest Black Bean Soup Ever

This is one I found on a vegetarian recipe site not too long ago. It's VERY easy, VERY fast and pretty darn tasty

2 cans drained black beans
1 cup chunky salsa
1 1/2 cups veggie broth
1 teaspoon cumin

Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Then you can either just heat it on the stove or nuke it in the microwave. I've heard of some variations where it's served cold as well. If you leave out the broth, it makes good filling for burritos.

Sounds interesting, but what is salsa?
I only heard that it's some kind of sauce but I never tried.

Alos what kind of veggie broth are you using?
Thank you.
