Ingredients 2-3 firm ripe red tomatoes
Yoghurt of choice (about 2 tablespoon)
pinch of salt
1 stem coriander leaf (finely chopped)
fresh crushed black pepper (optional)
Instructions Wash and cut tomatoes into tiny pieces
Transfer to a bowl
Add salt and coriander leaf
Add yoghurt to preferred consistency
Blend well but gently
Cool in the fridge
Nice as snack or as side dish with spicy food
with fresh crushed pepper on top
