Ingredients 2 Ripe firm tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 chilli
1 onion
1 tablespoon yoghurt
1 stem coriander leaf
1/4 teaspoon crushed cumin seed
Instructions Peel the cucumber and onion and cut it into small pieces
Wash and cut the tomatoes into tiny pieces
Slit the chilli in half and deseed the chilli
Add all the ingredients to a salad bowl
Add yoghurt and coriander leaf
Mix well but gently
Discard chilli before serving
