# 10 Potatoes
# 5 table spoons ofCanola oil or butter
# pinch of Salt flakes
Instructions 1) cut potatoes in half and boil them
2) once the potatoes are ready, take them out and leave them to cool for about 3 minutes
3) use a fork to lightly "rake" one side of the potato (this is so the butter / oil sticks and keeps the salt in the cracks)
4) melt the butter
5) lightly pour butter/oil over the potatoes
6) sprinkle with salt flakes
7) put the potatoes in the oven for about 10 min or until the potatoes go golden in colour
