Ingredients 1 large kumera (sweet potato)
1 cup fresh broad beans
2 thick shallots
generous handful of fresh chervil
1 lime
sweet chilli sauce
sunflower seeds (1/4 cup)
Soy Sauce
Instructions Steam or roast kumera chunks until tender, set aside to cool.
Blanch and peel broad beans
Chop shallots finely
Roast sunflower seeds with soy suace
Add lime juice, chilli sauce to taste
Serve
