Ingredients 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 large cucumber sliced in thin pieces
1 small head of lettuce
1/2 cup tofu, cut into chunks
10 olives
salt
olive oil
Instructions 1: Cut all vegetables and place in a bowl. 2: Place the tofu and olives in bowl and add olive oil and salt. Toss well.
3: Serve with rice, pasta or even roast potatoes. You can even have it on it's own.
