INGREDIENTS
* 4 teaspoons dried minced onion
* 1/2 cup soy mayonnaise
* 2 1/2 tablespoon curry powder
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika
* 450 grams / 1 pound firm tofu cut into chunks
* 2 cups chopped vegetables, carrots, celery]], [[peas, you know
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* Salt
* Pepper
METHOD
Mix everything up in a bowl and cover it. Throw it in your fridge and eat it tomorrow or later today.
