INGREDIENTS:
* 1 can chickpeas
* 1 can black olives cut into halves
* 1 medium tomato, cubed
* 1 cucumber (peeled, seeds removed), cubed
* 1 fresh parsley bunch, minced
* ½ teaspoon salt
Dressing:
* 4 tablespoons lime juice
* ¼ cup tahini (sesame sauce)
* ¼ cup olive oil
* 1 tablespoon water
* ¼ teaspoon cumin
* ¼ teaspoon brown sugar
Combine all the dressing ingredients, set aside
Combine all the vegetables then pour the dressing... mix and serve
