Hello,
I suffer from toenail fungus, and I have tried all home remedies available without success. I am also about to buy health insurance. I want to know which health insurance plans offer the best coverage to treat toenail fungus and do they cover the medication and the surgery required to remove the toenail???

The best option is to start a lifestyle which is highly alkaline. In the alkaline body system no fungus wants to grow.
Otherwise if you do surgery and medication, anyway it will come back again and again. And toenail fungus is very hard to get rid of even in today's miracle medicine world.
Fungus or infections tell you that there is too much body acid. It can result later in hair loss, kidney stones and general health and beauty loss if no real better lifestyle measures are up taken.
