Ingredients pancace mix, 3 tablespoons of jam and however many dolops of iced-cream you want
Instructions cook the pancake mix like scrambeld eggs in a frying pan with oil, serve on a plate with jam and iced-cream and start the festivities of the pancake eating :-)
