The preferences page is obsolete since we changed everything in the Vegan Nutrients Project.

Look and Feel:
Number of rows per page - defines how many products will be shown on each page.
Show header after each N rows - defines after how many rows the header containing nutrients' names will be repeated. It is very handy when you have hundreds of products displayed per page and you have to scroll down a lot to see all of them.

Unit Settings

Show absolute value in metric units - this option will show the nutrients amount in grams (g), milligrams (mg) and micro grams (mcg).
Show RDA (recommended daily allowances) values in percents. - this option will show what percentage of recommended daily allowance is inside 100g of food product.
