All the documentaries that I recommend can be borrowed from your local library; in Ottawa, Ontario anyway. These films also all have blurbs written about them on the web. Below are a couple more food-related films that I'd like to recommend.
"Strange Culture"; a disturbing film about an artist/teacher who tries to warn the public about the dangers of genetically-modified food.
"One Man, One Cow, One Planet" is my favorite documentary film. It's about an elderly New Zealander, Peter Proctor, who travels to India to help restore farms that have been ruined by industrial farming. His sometimes mystical techniques show us just how much most of us have lost touch with the earth.
