I know this has nothing to do with being vegan but I am inviting or rather recommending everyone to see Super-Size Me. This documentary follows the experiment of one guy on himself the effects that fast food has on the body by submitting himself to a whole painstaking month of eating nothing but Mcdonalds food.Another catch is that whenever the salesperson asks him if he wants to have his order Super-sized then he has to say yes. Let me tell you that this documentary has many surprises and facts in store. If you want to find out what happened to this guy go watch the movie.
