Many says that only vegan have problems with vitamin B12, here are some studies showing that eating meat is not a good source of B12:

Oddly, the researchers found no association between plasma B12 levels and meat, poultry, and fish intake, even though these foods supply the bulk of B12 in the diet. “It’s not because people aren’t eating enough meat,” Tucker said. “The vitamin isn’t getting absorbed.”

I just wonder how scientists know exactly how much of B12 is needed for a healthy person?
And do all the persons need the same amount of b12 to stay healthy? _________________ Andy`Ba
