This is an interesting article for any vegan new or old alike. http://vegansociety.com/feature-articles/1944-news.pdf :colors:

It's very interesting what it says about lacto-vegetarians, people who still eat some dairy as that is usually the last thing people give up before going vegan, if they didn't start out as a vegan to begin with.
'Need it be added that it would imply too accepting the spectacle of a grown man attached to the udder of a cow as a dignified and rational intention on the part of Nature!'

My only problem with this article is the last part where they half-jokingly say 'cut out the tea and add another 10 years to your life', that's some total bullshit!
