Vegans should be concerned about what is going on in universities. Aston uni has just made a vivisectionist a head of research. http://www1.aston.ac.uk/lhs/staff/az-index/stanfoim/ They talk a lot about their humane research and fairtrade but they dont say whats going on in their animal labs. This shows their true colours.

Some time ago, I've read that in Australia there are special ethical supervising organizations, which supervise researchers, and there are some vegans in those organizations.

Sad to say that researchers are more concern about their products(of course) than the animals who proved that their product is usable:(
