Garlic Hummus Dip

Postby wude » Sep 14, 2010 2:51 pm

I eat raw broccoli every day. That's because my wife makes delicious garlic hummus dip.
I think that broccoli and a big bowl of garlic hummus dip would be a very good idea to make for an appetizer as well.

Here's the recipe:

Ingredients

1 1/2 cans of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

5 cloves of garlic (coarsely chopped)

1 cup of tahini

1/2 tsp of salt

1/4 cup of olive oil

3/4 cup of lemon juice

1/4 cup of water

Directions

Add liquids to blender first. Then add solids. Pulse until thoroughly mixed. Put in a bowl and enjoy.

Garlic itself is really delicious, but adding some more ingredients make it more tempting...

I have never liked broccoli. But your recipe sounds tasty.

Try this out too.
