Just curious about how you're going to moderate this board. How are you going to deal with people who don't agree with you? How far will you let them go before you do something?

What do you mean by "don't agree"?
If it will become a problem, only registered users will be able to post. If users will write offtopics (for example talking about pets in recipe forum) thread will be moved to place where it is more appropriated.
Now the problem is to find more board users than to moderate them

first bring us more veggies or even people who are interested in this .... to moderate is admins problem somtimes it will be interesting othertime it will be agresive ))
