Hi,

I like this forum, but since posts must be approved before they are visible, it can take a long time to see the posts (depending on how quickly the moderators get around to it.

Maybe after you have participated for a while you have new rules that allow you to post directly.

Anyway, I appreciate moderation to keep the junk out...so I like it better than nothing. However, it seems you could get more activity if you allow (more?) direct posting and letting people report negative posts.

Just a thought...also not sure what this forum is capable of doing.

Go figure...this posting was the first to be posted directly. Maybe I hit a milestone!

I am a newbie here and was surprised that my posting were waiting for a moderator review. Its all OK.
I used to many forums and they have different rules.
Most of them post directly and remove the spamming one later.
Some forums warn their members about the spam posts and disable the account if members don't follow the terms and conditions.

I've posted loads of posts, weeks ago and still waiting for them to be moderated...no doubt this will be the same.
