Ingredients (use vegan versions):
2 1/2 cups milet cooked
2 large tomato, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup green beans, or one whole cucumber
***DRESSING****
1/3 cup water
3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon vinegar balsamic
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Directions:
Chop string peas. In a very large bowl. combine all dry Mix well. Add dressing, mix, and chill.
IF USING CUCUMBER: Peel several strips (it should lok striped) and cut it lengthwise into 4 pieces. Remove seedy partfrom the pieces, and but them into 1/2 slices. Add to salad. |
