Vegan Forum

Hi, I'm Jeanie and I am seriously considering turing to a vegetarian and possibly a vegan diet for health reasons. Doctors don't seem to want to give me answers...they throw pills at me with no testing and say "Come back if it doesn't work." I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired and it's time to take matters in my own hands.

Hopefull I can make the change, as I don't eat much meat anyway.
