My opinion is that considering suffering synthetic clothes are much better than animal based clothes.

Here is an interesting article , it's not exactly promoting vegan diet, but it promotes more fruits and vegetables in diet and with some animal rights promotion can help turn many people to veganism. Here is a tiny part that I found interesting and important, but I recomed reading the whole article....
