I was just reading this article about how badly Atkin's diet sucks then decided to make some searches on different diets and found several sites about macrobiotics? For me, a combo of resistance training and cardio along with six small veg meals a day keeps the metabolism running. Six meals a day?!!! :o Isn't it too much? Or should I say too many? Usually I eat 2 meals a day... in the best days I eat 3 meals a day. :) But I never ate 5 not even mentioning 6 me...

but eating meat of any kind regardless of whether it kills the animal or not, is not vegetarian.

What if meat would grow by itself in special labs? Like bacteria?
After all, vegans eat nutritional yeast...

Mergin of some forums

It's not very clear why animal rights forum is separate form vegan talk forum. I suggest to merge these forums since the theme is quite common.
I don't see any reason why it should be devided.
