In Greek language the word diet means lifestyle.
So vegan diet = vegan lifestyle.

I love various vegan dishes from different cuisines.
I like humus from the Arabic cuisine, guacamole from the Mexican cuisine and vegetable curry from Indian cuisine, vegan pilaf from Uzbek cuisine, vegan pasta from Italian cuisine and so on.
