Hi friends,

I need someone to explain the whole process of at home teeth whitening. I use opalescence and the trays. What do I do after I'm done whitening after I've taken the trays out? Do I brush my teeth, use mouthwash? Can I eat? Why are my teeth hurting? Is that normal? I'm 25 Years old. So I'm not too good at this.

If you could be as descriptive as possible, that would be so helpful.
