Settled in SE it is just 15-20 mins by train to London Bridge or Waterloo and it's £150 pcm inc. I am an art student and live here with my boyfriend, our friend suppose to live with us but he's hardly ever there. There is a pretty big space to use and if you get used to a few weird things, regarding it is an old warehouse loft, it might be a very good deal for you.
