Hello all I'm new here to the forum. I'm real curious about becoming a Vegan and the benefits to my overall health.
I have read about juice detox's and tried before and almost went a day on only orange juice. But I stopped a McDonalds around 9:00 that night. However if I do go on an orange juice detox what is the best way to go about it if I work from 8:00 till 4:30? Is it okay to juice a whole days serving of juice in the morning, take it to work, and keep it refrigerated?
How many oz's is the preferred amount for doing an orange juice detox?
Has anyone done it and do you or don't you recommend it? I'm very new to all of this and a bit confused. Any help is appreciated.
