| Ingredients (use vegan versions): 2 avocados juice of 1 lime 5 tablespoon pineapple salsa garlic powder to taste salt to taste cayenne pepper to taste Directions: Peel and mash avocados. Squeeze the lime juice over all and mix in. Add salsa and seasonings to taste, stir and serve. This is my favorite way to make guacamole, the pineapple salsa gives it a great sweetness, and how spicy you make it is up to you! Preparation time: 5 minutes |
