| Frozen vegetables have virtually the same nutrientvalue as fresh. In fact, in wintertime, frozen vegetables can actually be more nutritious than fresh since they are picked at their best and processed close to the fields, which limits nutrient loss. Fresh vegetables can lose goodness during transportation and storage. |
